2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may only open one account.
• Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4Betting Rules & Policy

General Betting Rules

When placing bets on bd11, the following rules must be observed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, cash out may be available under certain circumstances.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, bd11 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bd11's own policy.
• Any attempt to exploit multiple accounts on the same event will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

What happens if a match is suspended?

If a match is not replayed within 36 hours of its scheduled time, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. For cricket, if more than 5 overs have been bowled, the result may be determined using the D/L method.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd11 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please take note of the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

• New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you will generally need to wager 10–20x the bonus amount (wagering requirement).
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, device, or IP address are not eligible for bonuses.

Ongoing Promotions

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions. Once expired, any bonus credits will be voided.
• Only bets placed with your own funds count towards cashback offers — bonus bets are excluded.
• Bd11 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions will be treated as a breach of these terms.

6Account Suspension, Closure & Forfeiture

Bd11 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or inaccurate identity information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Creating an account while being underage.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward any bd11 officer or staff member.

In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Account Closure by the User

You may close your bd11 account at any time. Contact support and your account will be closed within 24 hours. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing.

7Responsible Betting Policy

Bd11 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible betting.

Self-Regulation Options

On bd11, you can set the following personal limits for yourself:

10Changes to Terms & Their Effect

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
